Minami Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter the "Policy") governs the collection, processing, storage, disclosure, and protection of personal data of users (hereinafter the "User", "You", "Your") when using the services, including via the website   www.minami.am, provided by Minami LLC (hereinafter the "Company", "We").​
The Policy is drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, including the RA Law "On Personal Data Protection", and defines the obligations of the Company to Users, as well as their rights regarding the processing of their personal data.

CHAPTER 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

​1.1. By using the website www.minami.am (hereinafter the "Site") and the Company’s services, the User agrees to the terms of this Policy.
1.2. The Company reserves the right to amend the Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version of the Policy will be published on the Site and will enter into force upon posting.
1.3. Further use of the services provided on this website is deemed to be the User’s consent to the processing of their personal data by the Company, including any requests for such data, in accordance with this Policy.
1.4. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Policy, they must immediately cease using the Company’s services.

 

 

CHAPTER 2.  CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA AND METHODS OF COLLECTION

2.5. Right to File Complaints and Correct Data

If You believe that processing of Your personal data is in violation of the law, or if You have any claims regarding data processing, You may file a complaint with the Company.

You also have the right to request correction or update of Your personal data in case of inaccuracy or need for updates.

The Company’s services are not intended for use by minors, except where minors have acquired full legal capacity before age 18 in accordance with the law.


The Company does not collect or store personal data of individuals under 18 years of age and does not permit their registration to use its services.


Due to the inability to reliably verify data provided by Users, the Company is not responsible for the consequences of website or service use by minors.

CHAPTER 3. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

CHAPTER 6. USER RIGHTS

The User has the right to:

6.3. Withdraw consent to data processing at any time;
6.4. File a complaint with supervisory authorities if their rights are violated.

CHAPTER 7. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

7.1. The Company is not liable for loss of data confidentiality if the User has made their data publicly available or if third parties obtained it prior to submission to the Company.


7.2. The Company may temporarily suspend data processing in case of disputes, data discrepancies, or requests from authorized bodies.

 

 

CHAPTER 8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

​Before initiating legal proceedings, the Parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably. A written claim must be submitted, and a response awaited within 30 calendar days. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the Republic of Armenia.

CHAPTER 9. DATA DELETION AND ACCOUNT CLOSURE

​To request deletion of personal data, a written application must be submitted:


9.1. Send a signed request by email to minamiillc@gmail.com;


9.2. Submit the request in person at the Company’s office at: 10 Vazgen I Street, Yerevan.


Requests are processed within 7 business days.

CHAPTER 10. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy without prior notice.
